The non-mandatory Pre-bid meeting for the “WNC Kitchens at the WNC Farmers Market” project will take place at 10:00am on Tuesday, October 5th, 2021, at the project site: WNC Farmers Market, Building Site.
Bids are due November 11, 2021, at 2pm.
This project will be bid and administered as an Informal Project through the State Construction Office. Electronic bid submission will be allowed. This project will be subject to regulatory requirements of the Davis Bacon Act.
Project Summary:
New single-story 5,000sf Pre-engineered building that contains a commissary kitchen and associated supportive spaces, in an existing parking lot on the WNC Farmers Market Campus. There is an add alternate to for all work pertaining to a 48” deep loading dock ramp, grading, utility reroutings, and associated coordination with structural, architectural, and PME for this change.
